To join the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Services team in Lisbon office, we are looking for an ICT Business Administrator – English and/or German Fluent (m/f). The team supports the different business units in all ICT areas. You will support the group wide ICT Service Team in all administrative matters reporting directly to the group's ICT Director. Your responsibilities includes ICT Procurement (network, hardware, software and services) and Management Support, Supplier Relationship Management including contract management and negotiation, Software license management and optimization, Administrative support for the ICT cost allocation and ICT performance management, Functional administration and further development of ICT Service Management Tool.
Profile
• IT professional (e.g. "Informatikkaufmann") with strong commercial background and practical experience in the above fields (at least 3 years);
• Practical experience in purchasing and procurement of IT goods including definition of the necessary requirements and management of the entire procurement process;
• Able to negotiate with and develop strong relationships with third party suppliers;
• Ability to analyse, benchmark and optimize third party suppliers by setting-up and maintain the necessary process and tools;
• Sound knowledge of a wide range of current ICT industry products, services and developments (network, hardware and software especially for content management solutions);
• Experience and profound knowledge in IT Service Management and linked IT service processes based on the ITIL framework (ITIL certification is an asset);
• Practical experience in using of an IT Service Management System for ICT performance management (generating and monitoring of KPI's) and managing ITIL based IT processes;
• Experience in working in an international environment using distributed and outsourced services;
• A strong sense of responsibility, conscientiously, initiative and cost/budget awareness;
• Very good team and communication skills as well as the ability to work independently;
• Fluency in English and/or German. French is an asset.
