Job Description:
- Support Telecommucation Site Infrastrutures Installation, Integration and Acceptance including Power supply facilities, monitoring/alarms, video surveilance etc. and support field engineers/supervisors/subcontractors during I&C;
- Support Product Change Requests, Network Deployment and Upgrades;
- Second Line Maintenance/Operations of the Telecom Facilities;
- Manage Network Performance, Alarms and Events and related Reporting Scheme;
- Implementation of new projects based on SOW, LLD and provides necessary support in successful execution of new projects;
Background/Experience:
- At least 1 year experience on Infrastructures;
- High Level of Portuguese and English languages written and spoken are mandatory;
- Experience with Telecommunication Passive Infrastrutures (Telecom rooms, Datacenters, Shelters, Outdoor/indoor cabinets), Power Supply units (including DC and AC power supply, Rectifiers, Inverters, UPS, etc.), Site Monitor (alarms smoke, fire, flood, intrusion, etc. sensors) as well as video surveillance;
- Configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of above devices;
