Job Description:
- Support Equipment Integration and Acceptance Reporting, support field engineers/supervisors/subcontractors during I&C;
- Support Project and Product Change Requests, Network Deployment and Upgrades;
- Second Line Maintenance/Operations of the Network;
- Manage Network Performance, Alarms and Events and related Reporting Scheme;
- Implementation of new projects based on SOW, LLD and provides necessary support in successful execution of new projects;
Background/Experience:
- At least 1 year experience on FTTx design and O&M;
- High Level of Portuguese and English languages written and spoken are mandatory;
- Good understanding of OSP Fiber access networks from Operator's point of view;
- Knowledge of FTTx solutions and architecture, GPON as well as PtP;
- Experience with network planning/design for access networks;
- Knowledgeable about ISP Access technology and equipment like xDSL, MSAN, etc;
- Knowledgeable about various CPE / ONT and service delivery aspects;
- Experience with copper migration / cutover scenarios, both in CO as well as street cabinets;
