We are looking for talented developers who want to work in a fast paced, international and fun work environment. The job is based out of Berlin, one of the most active startup cities in Europe, and offers an attractive package.
Your responsibilities and opportunities:
• Support the design of new user interfaces
• Design and develop HTML templates
• Cross browser tests
• Continuous improvement of our shop platform
• Development of a modular JavaScript code
• Independent implementation of your own projects
Your Profile
• You have been trained in an IT-related profession or you have completed your studies in a technical, IT-related area
• You work in a structured, pragmatic manner, showing great attention to quality
• You are confident in working with the development environment (IDE) and with debugging tools (Firebug, WebDeveloper Toolbar, Charles, etc.)
• You have at least 3 years experience in the implementation of professional web projects using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
• You are experienced in the implementation of high-performance websites
• Ideally, you have a good knowledge of PHP
• You are experienced in handling version control systems (Git, Subversion, etc.)
• You have a sound knowledge of web standards and client specific peculiarities
• Ideally, you have gained first experiences in the eCommerce area (e.g. Magento, oxid, xtCommerce, etc.)
• You are a quick learner and keen to extend your knowledge on an ongoing basis
