Responsibilities:
- Ensure production and quality
- Definition of plant organization structures
- Definition of plant targets based on shareholders input
- Monitoring of targets
- Development of plant processes based on Lean Manufacturing principles
- Development of plant employees


O que procuramos
The candidate will have the following profile:
- Graduation in Engineering or Business Administration
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a manager in as automotive plant
- Experience with electronic automotive production processes
- Strong experience in Lean manufacturing principles
- Knowledge about ISO TS 16949 and ISO 14001
- Logistic Knowledge
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Attitude to introduce changes
- Initiative and creativity
- Fluent Business English
