Job Description:

- Be Customers Local O&M Engineer for the LTE Rollout Project;
- Liaise closely with Customer operations members in the different deliverables and collection's tasks, attend to all necessary operations work and cooperate with the staff to meet relevant ZTE's contracted operational KPI's;
- Provide efficiencies, performance improvement recommendations related to the project implementation, operation organization, cut-over plans, man power, training, tools, acceptance, knowledge transfer, etc.;
- Second Level Maintenance engineer responsible to analyze Incidents and Customer complains and provide support both to Supervision (NOC) teams and Field Maintenance teams to meet customer SLAs;
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scope including E2E Subsystem-technology integration supporting, solution development and maintenance;

Background/Experience:

- 2 years experience in O&M Deployment in 2G, 3G, besides LTE knowledge (preferable), having roles of high responsibility in correspondent rollout/swaps/migrations/upgrades;
- High Level of English language written and spoken is mandatory;
