Job Description:

- E2E Project Integration supporting RAN NPO and follow, setup Workshops with Customer to Define Network Planning and Optimization Strategy;
- Follow up and Support Network Integration team, Parameters Mapping, KPIs Definition, Templates Assessment, Engineering Acceptance Specification (such as KPI Requirement);
- Benchmark Validation and Test Specification, Assurance and Report, RAN Rollout acceptance process assurance and network performance validation, by CQT (Call Quality Test) and SSV (Single Site Verification) Revision and Acceptance;
- Liaise closely with Customer LTE members/engineers in the different deliverables and collection's tasks;
- Update and Maintain all Engineering Documentation and ensure it's transferred properly to Operations team;
- Creates and executes LTE related work plans and revises as appropriate to meet requirements and/or change request;
- Engage with Technical Principle, Engineering team and Report to Project Manager;

Background/Experience:

- 2 years experience in Radio Access Network Planning and Optimization in 2G, 3G, LTE knowledge (preferable), having roles of high responsibility in correspondent rollout/swaps/migrations/upgrades;
- Deep knowledge in subject like Performance Management (based on DT and OSS), main Features and algorithms, KPIs, transmission and main connections plus and ATPs;
- High Level of English language written and spoken is mandatory;
