Currently, we are now recruiting for one of our most prestigious clients: Lexmark, for the position: Technical Helpdesk - Inbound Agent - Level 1, for the Benelux (Dutch) and Italian market. Therefore, we are looking for new talents that want to engage and build with us a successful project.

Job Title: Technical Support Level 1 for Lexmark equipment - to provide support and solve technical issues by telephone, e-mail and chat.

Minimum skills: Native Dutch or Italian Speaker (eliminatory)
Strong knowledge of English
Experience in Contact Centre Helpdesk (preferable)
Strong knowlodge of hardware amd Software
Availability to come to Portugal until the end of November

Salary: € 850(Base Salary) + Lunch + € 150 Bonus (variable)

Training: 8 weeks of technical training of Lexmark equipment fully paid by Sitel

Start Date: November

Work Location: Sitel Facilities in Lisbon (Portugal)
